Toby is not only Principal and Managing Director of The Learning Company, but is also a much sought after business coach. Prior to this, Toby headed his own company for 8 years before merging operations in 2000 with CPT Global Limited, an IT consultancy firm, where he was General Manager – Training. Toby also worked for IBM Australia for 7 years, where he was most recently the Professional Skills Curriculum Manager for IBM Education Consulting, Asia Pacific after holding a variety of sales and sales management roles.
Toby has a degree in scientific research and also has a background in the entertainment industry. He is also a Member of the Adjunct Faculty at the Australian Graduate School of Management.
